Cloud Architect - AWS Responsibilities
Work independently with technical and business stakeholders to understand business problems and perform due diligence
Estimate and outline the AWS solution approaches, can express and articulate the architecture and design rationale
Hands on in implementing proposed AWS solutions and be able to technically guide extended teams during development and deployment of solution
Participate in the Architecture Review Board, providing technical guidance and design review / validation to strategic projects.
Strong in architect application migrations and development on AWS platform
Has a complete technical ownership of the projects delivery
Mentoring AWS engineers conduct technical workshops Skills Experience:
Overall 6-12 years of experience in designing, developing and deploying solutions in technology stack including large scale Infra application deployment experience
5 years of experience in designing and deploying solutions on AWS platform
Experience in Window as well as Linux environments
Strong understanding of the AWS cloud architecture patterns and solution design principles
Strong understanding of different attributes for cloud application availability, scalability and ability to propose optimized design for cloud
Excellent understanding of AWS Infrastructure services and their limitations
Performance tuning of cloud based applications for best performance
Experience in defining and implementing Hybrid scenarios with workloads shared across on premise and AWS, application Integration between cloud and on-premise environments
Deep understanding hands on implementing infrastructure components like AWS IaaS, PaaS builds automation
Deep understanding and experienced on products Active Directory, Windows, AWS network experience, VPN and Express route, DNS, Traffic Manager, and Load Balancers Experienced with AWS Automation, and Resource Manager
