Responsibilities
- Gathers and documents detailed requirements that completely define the project
- Implementation of changes and unit testing
- Conducts and directs end-user testing responsibilities and tasks with minimal guidance
- Verifies the technical solution meets the business requirements
- Maintenance and Production Support of product implementation
- Analysis and troubleshooting of issues on production system
- Work with business users in providing resolution or get an in depth understanding of the reported problems
Knowledge/Skills
- 2+ years development experience, with a strong focus on Apex, Visual force, Eclipse IDE, Data Loader, Reports and Dashboards development.
- Experience in development cycle, interacting with the client and other vendors; participation support for UAT, and support release management to the different environments.
- Experience with technologies that work with including: Java, jscript, platform
- Strong knowledge on administration for Enterprise edition or higher (preferably at mid to large, multi-dimensional organization)
- Certification is strongly preferred
- Good understanding of data structures, data modeling , db schema is required.
- Experience with other CRM software (Siebel, Clarify, Oracle etc.) a plus.
- Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) a plus.
