Roles and Responsibilities
Qualifications for Consideration:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent education in a related discipline.
- 4+ years of technical application support or technical implementations.
- 2+ years experience with databases and Microsoft SQL Server, including the analysis and creation of queries.
- Proven experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems.
- Background and experience with Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with excellent follow-up abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Experience with Visual Basic .NET
- Understanding LAN/WAN Networks
- Background and experience with Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS).
- Creating and maintaining virtual environments (VMware)
- Proficiency in financial services industry and system implementations (workflow, AML/Fraud/Risk, regulatory and/or enterprise software solutions).
