Our ECM (Enterprise Content Management) unit sells, delivers and supports ECM solutions and services as well as offers consultancy for our customer’s complex operational environments. There are around altogether 100+ experts globally. ECM area is growing fast; organizations are developing and supporting their business operations both in external web services and internal processes. Our services and solutions are based on the leading technologies and products such as Alfresco One, EMC Documentum and IBM Filenet.

Responsibilities
• ECM platforms’ and applications’ development experience on IBM BAW Case Manager, FileNet and IBM Content Navigator.
• Requirement analysis , Unit Testing , build & deployment
• Configuration and Customization of IBM Case Manager & Content Navigator
• Contribute to end customer projects
• Help customer support teams on solving complex problem management issues

Experience

• At least 3 to 8 years’ experience in IT in software development in ECM domain and Java/J2EE background.
• At least 1 to 5 years experience in development and maintenance of a ECM solution on IBM Case Manager , FileNet and Content Navigator.
• Good understanding of the architecture and components of IBM Case Manager and Content Navigator
• Enterprise Content Management application development/customization/deployment utilizing for example IBM FileNet P8 Content Manager, IBM FileNet P8 Business Process Manager, IBM Content •Navigator, IBM FileNet P8 API, Case Builder, Case Designer, Case Widgets customization Dojo
Experience IN-
• Business process management (BPM) and workflow concepts

• Business Automation In-sight ..etc.
• Developing content object models/objects
• Developing content templates, access rights, ACLs; maps, rosters, queues, in-baskets, roles
• Developing content engine storage policies
