Lead .NET Software Engineer to support our Investor Communication Solutions division. In this position you will, play a role of a Team Lead / Senior Programmer, but remain hands-on with approximately 30% of your time spent coding and performing code reviews. Responsibilities:

• Programming, debugging, and detailing sophisticated software applications.

• Providing leadership in the development and implementation of web-based solutions.

• Providing technical and strategic advice to VP of Application Development and other Broadridge Managers.

• Interacts with multiple areas in Information Services, outside vendors and business unit staff in the delivery of technology solutions.

• Responsible for all aspects of designated application support including development, code installation, incident management, problem management, proactive maintenance, problem resolution.

• Conducts, or participates in, peer reviews of code and technology solution.

• Works with manager and teammates to build accurate estimates for assigned business support and project support development tasks, delivering reliable, reusable and supportable software on time and on-budget.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience within a programming and application system environment (.NET, C#, Oracle and SQL Server, Angular, WCF, WEB API)—flexible with

• Build applications using ASP.NET MVC/ Razor Framework, RESTFul Services, Microservices, and SQL Server.

• Experience with setting up DevOps pipeline using DevOps tools. Exposure to Jenkins, Git, Nexus is a plus

• Experience with implementing prevention methods for OWASP top 10 security vulnerabilities.

• Flexible self-starter, who enjoys solving technical challenges and problems

• Good analytical skills, especially in area of translating business requirements into technical design

• Ability to work under timelines and be highly adaptable

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Work with Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).

• Develop and maintain Windows Forms Smart Client UI application.

• Provide technical support with performance monitoring and security.

• Experience developing web applications using AJAX, JQUERY and JAVA SCRIPT.

• AWS Cloud experience is a plus

• Exposure to PDF Generation technologies – PDFLib/InDesign etc. is a plus

• Experience with Developing/Debugging ColdFusion Applications is a plus
