 Strong knowledge on Property and Casualty Insurance domain is must

2. Functional testing knowledge on personal lines digital, agency and CSR applications with proficiency in E2E and downstream testing flow

3. Ability to lead the team working across the time zones (USA and India) and being a liaison between client, technical team, BA and offshore QA team

4. Deep knowledge and working experience on test strategy, test plan, requirement analysis, test design and execution (60% of role will be hands on testing and 40% lead role)

5. Working experience on Agile, scrum, Kanban and ability to facilitate scrum ceremonies

6. Ability to lead a team of 5 to 8 offshore QA

7. Hands on experience in Agile test management tools – Preferably Rally

8. Automation experience would be plus but not mandatory for this role

Must Have Skills:

1. Property and Casualty Insurance domain

2. Hands on experience in Personal lines application (Digital, Agency and CSR)

3. Ability to lead the team in Agile scrum model
