• Must have at least 5-6 years of full stack Microsoft (.NET) development experience (front end/middle/backend)
• MUST have at least 1-2 years of recent hands-on Azure Cloud Development experience
• MUST havestrong hands-on experience with.NET, SQL Server, C#, MVC, and Azure DevOps
• MUST haveat least 2-3 years of recent Agile development experience
• Must havea minimum of 5 years of .NET/C#/SQL programming and analysis experience in a client server, web and/ cloud/services environment.

• What You’ll Do

•  Analyze business requirements and develop design specifications for system components from moderate to high complexity.              

•  Code system components according to design specifications.                       

•  Act as technical lead for the development of system components, ensuring deliverables are brought in on time and within quality goals.                       

•  Identify opportunities for optimizing business and systems effectiveness.           

•  Define and execute a unit test approach for system components, ensuring components meet the defined quality goals.             

•  Work with business unit to analyze and resolve system defects.                     

•  Produce comprehensive documentation for system components developed.                

•  Provide training to systems staff & clients as required.                  

•  Assume the role of mentor to more junior staff members.
