Analyze business, data, and system requirements to perform data design and data modeling activities.
Design conceptual, logical, and in some cases physical data models, as needed, to support existing systems and new applications/systems.
Create/update data models in Erwin as required on a project.
Create/update DDL scripts as required on a project.
Document, and enforce data modeling standards, guidelines, and procedures to conform to ACFC standards.
Effectively compose data flow, data impact analysis, and data design documents as required for a project.
Conduct data model and data architecture reviews on individual and cross functional projects.
Collaborate with project teams to provide technical guidance that aligns with ACFC data enterprise architecture and standards.
Partner with the key business representatives, data owners, end users, application owners, and other architects to ensure project deliverables meet the expectation.
Troubleshoot challenges as they arise, provide input on solution options, and resolve as needed.
Conduct effective meetings. Convey ideas clearly and tailor communication based on the project and audiences.
