JOB DETAIL

SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)/Recruiting Marketing (RMK; preferred 5+ years’ experience in on or both modules.
Recruiter Experience certification required to support RCM; Recruiter Candidate certification required to support RMK.
• SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0; preferred 5+ years’ experience. Onboarding 1.0 certification required.
• SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0; this is new product so experience implementing or support required but likely will
only find people with 1+ years’ experience. Preference would be total of 5+ years’ experience with combination of 1.0 and 2.0;
Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0 certifications – both are required.
• SAP Payroll (On-Prem) or SAP Employee Central Payroll (Cloud version);

There are specific skills we need – want to make sure the person can configure the system, not just administer or use
the system.
• SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) - preferred 5+ years’ experience; SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP
integration Suite certification.
