 Responsible for transport management in the SAP Landscape. (Release changes to production)

·         Assist in processing Release milestones (Scope Lock, CAB)

·         Work with project teams to resolve issues and defects in the SAP environments 

·         Assist with managing changes to the technical release (ChaRM) path

·         Take Ownership of Solution Manager (ChaRM configuration changes and Technical Monitoring Tuning and future configurations)

·         Creates and aligns legacy environment refresh schedules to new solution refresh schedules

·         Coordinate and communicate system outages with stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and users

The appropriate skills and knowledge for the Release Management role include:

·         Experience in SAP Solman Charm Experience in handling ChaRM for releases 

·         Supports the SAP change control process, and coordinates and performs all daily activities 

·         Ability to work with process teams to resolve issues and defects in the SAP environments surrounding inconsistencies in transported code 

·         Experience in SAP CR&B implementations
