Over 10+ years of IT experience with minimum 3 years of Scrum master experience.
To facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meeting.
Resolve conflicts by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect.
Forecast the number of deliverable possible in an iteration based on evidence.
Estimate and plan for the whole software development project, well versed with SP estimation and capacity planning.
Coach the team in agile practices; emphasize on individuals & interactions over process & tools.
Help the team members in clarifying goals and actions to achieve the goals.
Shield the team from any distractions and interference.
Ensure the correct application of the scrum process.
Keep all Parties on Track and Informed.
Introduce Agile Engineering Practices.
Find methods to effectively manage the product backlog.
Help communicate the Product owner’s Wishlist to the project team.
Arrange and optimize product backlog.
Organize scrum events as necessary.
Implement changes and steps to increase the team’s productivity.
Collaborate with other scrum masters to improve the methodologies’ efficiency.
Well versed with tools such as Jira, Azure
Effective use of Jira for realtime tracking and reporting
Develop built-in quality mindset in team, identify metrics to measure performance , drive contineous improvements
Having life science/Pharma domain knowledge and managing Salesforce tech stack projects is added advantage
