        Recommend Standards: Define data modeling standard for environments (OLTP/OLAP), best practices, and standards for naming, security, and lifecycle. Make recommendations for standardization and data usage - champion the usage of business data and communicate the benefits and return on investment for application and product owners.

•             Create current state and  future state Conceptual Data Model

•             Identify/Map Business Needs: identify areas where data can be used to improve business activities, defining business users’ requirements.

•             Create Data Models and build data mapping specifications: Create optimal physical data models of datasets, then create and maintain data maps and systems interrelationship diagrams for data domains and systems.

Skillset

•             Expertise in data modeling principles/methods including conceptual, logical & physical Data Models

•             Expertise in SQL, ability to profile many data sources and quickly rationalize data by detecting relationships, granularity and attribute classifications.

•             Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas, regardless of the technical capacity of the audience

•             Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work as part of a team

•             Experience working with Transactional and Dimensionally modeled data

•             Experience in translating/mapping relational data models into target Schemas for consumption

•             Good to have : Experience with PowerDesigner/ERWIN

•             Good to have : Azure experience/skills
