JOB DETAIL

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review the job description; understand the job requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates who fit the requirement
  • Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals (Dice/Monster), internal database, social media, etc
  • Assess applicants relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies
  • Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end to end recruitment cycle
  • Build strong candidate relationships credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals
  • Submit candidates resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration
  • Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature
  • Negotiate with candidates on, Salary and Notice Period, etc
  • Follow-up with the offered candidates till joining and post joining follow-up

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience of 2 to 5 years in US IT Recruitment
  • Should have IT sourcing experience
  • Well versed about US employment terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
  • Familiarity with job portals and different sourcing channels
  • Strong in negotiations and convincing skill, good in articulation, good in communication

Educational Qualification

  • BCA/MCA, BE/BTech, MBA
