Roles and Responsibilities
- Review the job description; understand the job requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates who fit the requirement
- Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals (Dice/Monster), internal database, social media, etc
- Assess applicants relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies
- Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end to end recruitment cycle
- Build strong candidate relationships credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals
- Submit candidates resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration
- Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature
- Negotiate with candidates on, Salary and Notice Period, etc
- Follow-up with the offered candidates till joining and post joining follow-up
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience of 2 to 5 years in US IT Recruitment
- Should have IT sourcing experience
- Well versed about US employment terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
- Familiarity with job portals and different sourcing channels
- Strong in negotiations and convincing skill, good in articulation, good in communication
