Ability to work with group of experts to ensure that platform is highly available, resilient and compliant with security standards
Drive a high-performance culture within the team and learn continuously
Ability to support 24X7 ETL operational activities when needed
Partner with platform team to troubleshoot critical P1/P2 issues related to databases, job failures, software bugs and performance bottlenecks
Liaising/interacting with offshore & onshore teams
Take ownership of operational process improvement & automation initiatives
Provide support in platform upgrade and enhancements
Ability to take initiatives for the betterment of infrastructure
Provide technical consultancy for new projects requiring implementation setup with consideration of existing automation jobs
Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour or "on-call" support when necessary to solve high priority incidents/problems
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent (4-years) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5-7 years of relevant experience required
5+ years of practical experience and proven success with the design and operation of complex computing systems
System Administration experience, to include hardware and network experience on Unix and/or Windows platforms (Nice to have)
System Administration experience in Informatica Cloud in AWS (Nice to have)
Broad technical knowledge across a majority, with deeper knowledge in, the following: Web application development, software engineering and/or testing, data analysis, networking, operation systems (Linux, AIX, Solaris, Windows), storage (enterprise SAN, NAS), Database (UDB, SQLServer, Oracle), and mainframe.
