Ensure that all Collaboration and Infrastructure services to the customer are simple, user friendly and effective while minimizing cost to the business.
· Escalation point for troubleshooting and problem management for tickets escalated from the Service Desk.
· Ensure that all tasks are documented, and project focus maintained in accordance with departmental instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Responsibility for ensuring that performance of the client facing systems is continuously monitored, measured and reviewed to prevent future issues.
Education and Experience:
· Undergraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, or a related field required. Bachelors is preferred but not required.
· Hands-on experience in Office 365 administration; Teams Administration and Team Voice are pluses
· Working knowledge of Enterprise infrastructures: Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure AD connect, PowerShell Scripting
· A minimum of 10 years’ experience in information technology.
· A minimum of 5 years’ experience facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects based on organizational objectives.
· Involvement in creating technology solutions to solve business problems across multiple divisions or regions.
· Demonstrated track record of understanding the operations and business process of life sciences Business Client Groups and Backoffice supporting functions
· Demonstrated experience ITIL framework
