A minimum of 5-6 years’ experience working with and coaching scrum teams
A minimum of four years of relevant Information Technology experience
Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and Agile at Enterprise Scale
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more teams. Assist with program support as necessary (SOS, etc.)
Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
Experience utilizing SAFe or Scaled Agile Framework Transformations
Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience in using JIRA and Confluence
