  • Any Experience with cloud based SaaS products would be helpful.
  • Experience with Mural admin /support and integration activities.
  • Good to have Knowledge on Jira and Slack integration with Mural.
  • Should be comfortable with Active Directory groups (to handle accesses)
  • Handling access & permissions issues for users.
  • Migrating data/materials between workspaces and users.
  • Handling issues with Jira or Slack integrations.
  • Excellent customer and communication skills.
