Experience working in Healthcare; preferably in a Healthcare Payor organization
Ability to conduct focused sessions and identify business process improvement opportunities, document and prioritize requirements, manage scope, focus on business value, and provide supporting visual documentation
Engage and lead stakeholders and other contributors in developing functional and non-functional business and use case requirements and must be able to distinguish between a stated need and what might best deliver the intended value
Industry knowledge of tools, techniques and industry best-practices in an Agile environment
Must show strong initiative and be able to work independently and be self-directed at time and work in a fast paced environment
Willing to extend beyond your specific job role to assist the Agile team as needed
Ability to relate well at all levels of the organization, building rapport, credibility and influence while maintaining collaborative relationships
Must have strong listening skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a ‘big picture’ mentality. Must be able to ask questions and interview stakeholders to gather information and understand end to end impact of their work
Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and to effectively manage within it
Healthcare Payor (Health Insurance) experience
Experience in any of the following areas: Pharmacy, Utilization Management, Appeals and Grievances, Care Management
