Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred
8+ years of experience in working on middleware support teams in high-volume a mission critical environment
5+ years’ experience in JBOSS Middleware System’s Administration role
Experience in the JBoss family of middleware infrastructure
Experience in developing appropriate monitoring and alerting processes within the mid-tier environment
Experience developing custom operation scripts for day-to-day JBoss operations
Experience configuring/supporting Mulesoft, Opentext, SPLUNK, Jaeger framework nice to have
Experience in administering the WAS family of middleware infrastructure (WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal Server, WebSphere Process Server, WebSphere MQ) nice to have + Self starter, takes initiative to uncover and resolve issues in order to promote a culture of continuous improvement
Able and willing to participate in 7x24 on call support as required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact with team and client staff and remain calm under pressure
