Listed below are some key responsibilities and eligibility criteria for the position of Client Support Executive
The candidate will be responsible to manage calls from clients (US/ UK) regarding inquiries, complaints and also to provide general information.
Must have excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills to have an interaction with the Client regarding the requirement of them.
Adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLAs) specified by the Client
Team player with the ability to work in a fast- paced environment
Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
Should have knowledge in MIS report generation and very good knowledge in MS- Office Advanced Excel.
Should be flexible to work in shifts
Looking for only the Male Candidate and immediate joiner
Photoshop knowledge is a bonus
