Job purpose:
Developers are responsible for building the technical product and ensuring that it works from end-to-end, from technical architecture to user interface and experience. Back End Developers are responsible for server-side architecture, databases, and other systems behind the scenes. Front End Developers are responsible for transforming the design and the product vision into working products and will directly influence how users will interact with the system. Full Stack Developers will have a range of responsibilities from shaping and implementing strategic products to ensuring that the organization stays on the leading edge of technology.
Responsibilities:
- Work together (Front End) to design and develop functional, performing, and complete APIs that work with existing company software and products
- Collaborate with others to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements
- Develop high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code
- Write both unit and integration tests, and develop automation tools for daily tasks
- Align and integrate well with architects, designers and other stakeholders
- Communicate with other developers across Teams, both in ad hoc problem solving, and in Chapter check-ins and discussions
Expertise:
- 2 to 5 years of total working experience across below mention skills.
- 1+ year of relevant experience in Hybrid Mobile Application Development
- Experience in Ionic 3/4, Angular 4/5/6, Apache Cordova, Android and iOS mobile development, HTML5,CSS3, REST APIs
- Should have experience in Push Notification , logging, exception handling
- Working knowledge of Design Patterns for Mobile Applications
- Experience in Unit Test scripting is a plus
- Knowledge in IBM MobileFirst Framework 8 is must
- Knowledge in mobile analytics would be a plus.
- All of the above, plus experience working across the technical stack
- Ability to write effective unit, integration, and end-user automation tests; experience implementing automated end-to-end tests, experience with frameworks and tools such as BDD, RSpec, JUnit, Selenium is a plus.
- Core Java experience on developing backend services (Good to Have)
- Should have knowledge of application deployment and Software development life cycle.
- Must have experience in Front end development and SOA or Microservices development understanding.
- Experience with code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development
- Communicate with other developers across Teams, both in ad hoc problem solving, and in Chapter check-ins and discussions
