Looking For Immediate Joiner- Project Manager (DATA) for Gurgaon Location
- 12 - 15 years of experience in established data technologies viz. Master Data Management, Data ingestion and emerging data technologies, modelling
- Understands data management and database design
- Skilled to lay out correct implementation strategy of master data management as per business needs
- Industry experience in defining & implementing solution using Master data management technologies
- Experienced or conversant in emerging tools like columnar and NoSQL databases, predictive analytics, data visualization, and unstructured data. Must understand them sufficiently to guide the organization in understanding and adopting them
- Good understanding of implementing & architecting data solutions using the informatica, SQL server/Oracle
- Understanding of Agile practices, Lean Startup, new technologies opportunities and other new trend is a plus.
- Product Management; Knows how to define the product roadmap.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
- Experience with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable products.
- Responsible for setting, prioritizing, and accepting the work generated by a team in order to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the product (In this case it can be any application or Sales product).
- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product; Follow our competitors and the industry.
- Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product operating model and communicating the product needs with business partners.
- Identify business needs, help a business understand a business value and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.
- Work with market Product owners and Team PO to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals; Owns the product roadmap.
- Help platform owner to draft key objectives and results, strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions.
Gather feature requests, schedule releases and coordinates sprints.
