Shift Timings : General Shift

Salary : Open for Right Candidate

Work Timings: Mon- sat(9.30 AM-6.30 PM)After 3month Probation period (Mon to friday)

Qualification: Graduates (B.tech, BCA,MCA/MBA) and Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Roles and Responsibilities :

Candidate should have knowledge into end to end recruitment process

Should have knowledge of technology and IT Skill with Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)

Sourcing knowledge into Social media platform

Build a strong talent pipeline

Corporate communication

Maintain MIS data & Trackers.

Shortlisting the candidates as per clients requirements and then scheduling up the interviews.

Regular follow up with the selected candidates to confirm their joining dates.

Know networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
