The BA/QA will spend about 70% of their time working on business analyst responsibilities and about 30% of their time will be spent performing manual tests, including UAT, systems testing, and regression testing.

Other responsibilities will include creating RFIs and RFPs and communicating with stakeholders to gather requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Gather new requirements/augment current requirements
• Create RFIs and RFPs
• Create user stories, use cases, test cases, and test plans
• Perform UAT, systems testing, regression testing, and integration testing

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of total experience
• 3+ years of experience as a BA
• 2+ years of experience as a QA
• Experience with MS Office Suite
• Experience as a QA on software development projects

Plusses:

• Experience working for a nonprofit or in a smaller environment
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience working in an Agile environment
