- Industry experience in Test Driven Development with UI e2e testing, and build tools
- Experience building to Accessibility Standards (WCAG) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
- Understanding of CI / DevOps
- Understanding state management (Redux)
- Collaborate and communicate with other developers to build technical solutions
- Collaborate and communicate with design & UX teams, to understand experience and brand
- Support technical decision making that requires a good understanding of the problem domains
