Experience in designing and developing Windows based applications with Microsoft Universal Windows Platform (UWP), WinForms, WPF, REST API, and C#
Implementation knowledge on GRPC (Data Synchronization Framework)
Experience in developing Web based applications using angular (Optional)
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Strong knowledge and Experience in PL SQL and a relational database, including the design and development of stored procedures (Oracle database preferred)
Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as TFS
Strong object-oriented design and development skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
