Required skills:
•Strong experience as a UX designer working on interaction design & prototyping.
•Exceptional understanding of fundamental interaction design, usability, and accessibility principles.
•Visual design skills with ability to demonstrate excellent use of typography, color, imagery, layout, and graphic elements.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
•Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
•Experience using industry-standard software, tools, and methodologies (Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, JIRA, etc.).
•A basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
•Have a portfolio of your work that demonstrates your capabilities and direct responsibilities as well as your deep understanding of UX best practices and standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with product team to understand requirements and creates thoughtful UX solutions on product platforms; ensures interfaces, images, and other information is consistent and aligns with customer brand standards.
•Develop and maintain end-to-end design documentation for Desktop, iOS and Android platforms (including information architecture, wireframes, flow maps, prototypes, style guides, and assets).
•Communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale effectively both verbally and visually.
•Ensure deliverables are detailed enough for implementation through a deep understanding of modern FED (e.g. dynamic content, checkout scenarios, form behavior).
•Work with technical teams to transition solution design into development. Oversee and provide design support as needed.
•Ensure digital content is compliant with digital accessibility guidelines, standards, and regulations.
•Put repeatable processes in place that prioritize, plan, and manage multiple parallel projects across teams.
•Actively evangelize design by building relationships and participating in cross-functional/cross-organizational working groups.
