 8+ years of business systems analysis experience
- 6-10 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with emphasis on data integration
- Detailed understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem: Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud: Case Management and integration with other systems and applications
- Technical understanding of Service Cloud and data integration with Service Cloud
- Backend knowledge of data structure, data modeling, data integration into and out of Salesforce
- Comprehensive understanding of Web Services and API technologies
- Ability to translate functional requirements into detailed technical requirements with supporting artifacts
- Ability to develop supporting documentation such as use cases, activity, sequence, and context diagrams
- Comprehensive analytical skills and ability to multi-task to perform multiple complex tasks
- Operate with little oversight on day-to-day work with general direction on assignments
- Attention to detail and a disciplined approach to developing as is and to be processes
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and professional ethics
