• Testing experience in SAP Success Factor
• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing primarily on SAP Applications with both technical and functional knowledge of SAP system.
• Must have testing experience in SAP SuccessFactor and Good understanding of various modules like Human Resources and Payroll, Time & Attendance Management, Learning & Development, Performance & Compensation etc.
• Work closely with clients/ prospects in understanding their QA requirements and suggest innovative and comprehensive solutions for their business needs
• Ensure that test environments are maintained and remain "Fit for purpose" for the programme of project deliverables
• Bring in knowledge of industry tools used within SAP testing
• Strong knowledge and experience in using HP QC / ALM, and Automation testing tools QTP/UFT, SAP TAO.
• Develop test plans for executing against program test requirements
• Train test team on tool use, test methodology
• Monitor and review test procedures, test steps and expected results
• Prepare & distribute project progress and status reports
• Continuous identification of opportunities for improving the team and/ or projects testing process and test efficiency, including test automation
• Mentoring and training of internal testing resources
• Liaise with PM's, BA's, consultants and developers to identify and assess new development or configuration tasks with the functions and objects affecting them
• Deliver and maintain internal "Best Practices" for software release and test management processes
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
