Salesforce Business Analyst and Project Manager with deep experience leading Salesforce application development projects. Expertise managing agile projects using Jira is a must. This BA/PM role is the key “pivot player” in the middle of a larger Salesforce development/delivery team.
Requirements:
- Experience delivering custom Salesforce-related solutions across multiple clients and business scenarios. Experience working in Salesforce Functional Analyst, SF Administrator, and/or SF Developer roles. (Cannot just be a talented backroom developer!).
- Experience translating business requirements into Agile stories and ensuring those stories are properly groomed.
- Direct Agile project management leadership experience.
- Deep hands-on experience configuring Jira and managing stories in the Jira platform.
- Able to independently assess a situation, determine the best plan forward, and execute that plan without having to wait for permission or further instructions.
- Demonstrable experience designing, and personally building, Lightning pages for enhanced end user experiences.
- Ability to confidently mentor client staff on best practice principles and frameworks.
- Ability to lead mixed onshore/offshore technical teams.
- Expertise working with both the Salesforce “classic” and “lightning” platforms.
- Experience with AppExchange product development.
- Advanced SOQL, Java, and JavaScript programming skills.
