- Work on assigned Production Support issues and deliver resolution on time.
- Deliver quality work in compliance with Apple development standards
- Provide support to other teams including basis, change management, KT, archiving, security, etc.
- Must ship high quality, perform rigorous unit testing and work closely with functional counterparts.
- Create and update technical design documentation for Production fixes.
- Support functional team test efforts
- Work with the Functional team to resolve testing errors
- Participate in cutover activities
- Participate in post-production support activities
- Work assigned trouble tickets, performing root cause analysis
- Work with Functional Team to review/correct issue
- Confirm resolution in test environment
- Need to carry Pager as required
- Provide status report to leads on important Production issues handled during the week"
