Requirements:

?       Experience collaborating with technical andnon-technical colleagues to develop solutions that meet business needs

?       Experience with leading Engineering projects and teams

?       Experience mentoring less experienced engineers

?       Present positive contributions in standups, retrospectives, andcode reviews

?       Experience with enterprise architecture and software designpatterns

?       Experience with domain-driven design

?       A deep appreciation for developing and adhering to standards

?       Expert knowledge in one of the following frameworks such as Rubyon Rails or .NET or Node.js

?       An understanding of SaaS Architectures

?       Knowledge of web accessibility standards and practices.
