Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Core key competencies to perform well in the Job of a Senior Full- stack JavaScript Developer

•Work in a small agile team to deliver a scalable and robust backend for the suite of web clients (mobile & desktop).

•Develop interactive applications and web services.

•Play a key role in the design (code / UI) and development of new features.

•Write/ type well- organized code that keeps the vision and stays flexible.

•Translate product requirements into meaningful functional modules thereby building appealing interactive applications

•Have familiarity of database concepts Job Requirements:

•3- 8 years of Web Development experience

•Solid understanding of web application architecture; able to contribute in different areas of the web- stack (i.e., frontend, backend, web components, Ajax, web service integration).

•Developed JavaScript modules from scratch (incl. publishing on npm)

•Solid JavaScript ninja- style coding required with fluency in ES6 (ECMAScript 2015).

•Solid on programmable CSS- 5

•NodeJS, VueJS/ ReactJS/ AngularJS, D3JS, SQL, NoSQL, JSON, OAuth1/ 2 (client and server)

•Interfacing with DB like MySQL, MongoDB

•Good understanding of JavaScript and node.

•In- depth experience in any of the JS frameworks (React JS / React Native / Vue JS)

•Good understanding of any of the Database / ORM.

•Experience in the entire MEAN/ MERN stack will be a big plus.

•A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.

•Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object- Oriented Programming, and web application development. Nice to Haves

•Experience developing Web for Mobile devices

•Coding in other languages (eg Golang, Java, Python)

•Strong knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3 (bonus points for HAML and SASS experience; you know and love Compass)

•Experience using git - Have a public Github account with Javascript/ Web projects.

•Have contributed to open source projects.
