 An associate degree is required, bachelor's degree is preferred

Five years of experience working in a similar position is preferred

Experience working with HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP and Java

A solid comprehension of Computer Science with coding experience

Strong communication skills, team player, and strong attention to detail

Knowledge of  Dot Net Nuke

2 plus years of experience with  “Open Cities”, a proprietary platform for city websites, is a plus.

Full stack PHP/SQL/MySQL for integrations on the APIs and tools

UI coding skills with PHP JavaScript CSS accessibility

Content specialists - plain language, PDF accessibility
