Job Title: NetSuite Techno Functional Consultant
Job Location: Pune/Remote/WFH
Total Experience: 3-10 Years

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development and delivery of customization services for NetSuite clients using NetSuites API and Suit Cloud Platforms (Suit Scripts, Suit Talk and Suit Flow).
- Identify, evaluate and understand customer requirements to help with NetSuite set-up, configuration and customization.
- Translate business requirements into ERP functional and configuration requirements.
- Provide hands on functional and technical knowledge as well as manage client relationships within the context of the role.
- Translating business requirements into technical design documents by capturing workflows, technical use cases, dataflow diagrams and NetSuite configuration.
- Facilitate the creation and testing of future state business processes and script development.
- Ensure users are provided professional, courteous and timely support and service.
- Working with the rest of the Consulting department, this position will quickly assess client needs, develop innovative plans to solve their problems and implement these plans to the clients satisfaction.
- A Consultant must have a passion for helping clients find creative ways to more effectively run their businesses. Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients is a top priority.
- Working with aggressive timelines and a full client portfolio is required.
- Daily interaction with customers, delivery of NetSuite solutions and close communication with Project Manager and other team members.
- Facilitating customer workshops, driving the agenda, securing support at all levels and implementing NetSuite.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance and hands-on training to end-users, Create technical and user documentations.
- Create forms, dashboards, reports, scripts, alerts and workflows as per business need.
- Integrate NetSuite with external applications as required.
Required Skill Sets:
- Must have hands on experience of Suite Script language, Suite Flow workflow, Suite Builder Customization of forms, records, Saved Search Custom Report.
- Must have done customizations on NetSuite platform in implementation projects.
- Programming Languages/ Framework - Suite Script 1.0, Suite Script 2.0, JavaScript (Required. Must have), Web service.
- Client-Side Technologies - JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax.
- Should have worked on NetSuite Bundles and Suite Apps.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience.
