Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for New client engagement and key account management in US IT and Non IT Industry.
To develop a deep understanding of the Staffing / Recruitment Industry processes and the Client Profile.
Responsible for getting new business with existing relationships as well as penetrating the accounts and adding new LOB.
Tracking new clients in various industries
Building and maintaining relationships with new and old customers on a continual basis through a high volume.
Be responsible for Client relationships and meeting client expectations.
Track weekly calls and appointments.
Arrange / Prepare proposals and contracts for clients; effectively represent company at various professional forums / Levels.
Ability to negotiate rates / salaries , convince clients within their business areas , whilst ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology.
Well-networked in the defined sectors and should have a successful track record of delivery.
Good experience in contingent (Contract) staffing as well as FTE (Full Time Employment).
Aggressive , dynamic , result oriented , good sales aptitude , strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding persuasion , negotiation and investigative skills with ability to work effectively.
