Responsibilities:
- Support and enhancement of existing Python code (Python 3.7 ) and test cases.
- Development on new lambda function using python.
- Integrate python with DynamoDB for data operation.
- Write effective, scalable code.
- Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance.
- Integrate user-facing elements into applications, Test and debug programs.
- Improve functionality of existing systems.
- Implement security and data protection solutions.
- Deployment to and support of cloud components (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB).
- Optimising and debugging code.
- Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
- Handle multiple assignments concurrently and independently manage time.
Required Skills:
- 1 years of experience with Python.
- 1 experience with NOSQL database such as MongoDB or Dynamo DB.
- 1 years of experience with development in AWS using lambda function.
- Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework such as Django, Flask, etc depending on your technology stack.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong understanding of software architectures, particularly serverless.
- Experience with standard dev tools: Jira, Perforce, Git, Jenkins, etc.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
