Outbound USA calling, Writing emails and calling prospective companies in E-commerce field. Responding to inquires company receives from prospective clients.
Internet research, prospect identification and lead/appointment generation, including researching opportunities to partner with prospective clients.
Interaction with overseas individuals and companies over e-mail, chat, phone etc.
New Business generation with the help of making outbound calls, queries, mails etc.
Co-ordination with US Employees for commercial meetings demos and presentations new business opportunities, established contacts with clients.
Provide sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports and monthly sales plan.
Knowledge of Salesforce, CRMs, email automation tools, LinkedIn, Jigsaw and other open source research tools a definite plus
