- Certified scrum master preferably certified in SAFe. Experience in Jira, running daily stand-ups, iteration demos, iteration planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming, creating features and stories,
- Knowledge and experience in the functional area to allow good scrum master decision making and ultimately creating features and user stories
- Manage Scrum teams for Data and Integrations, applications with java/.net technologies
Role and responsibilities:
- Experience in managing Scrum teams both onsite and offshore
- Creating features and user stories
- Experience in JIRA
- Derive and understand business needs and document the findings.
- Assist in planning and organizing tasks, report task progress, coordinate with team members during implementation.
- Lead/Participate in the PI planning, Sprint backlog grooming with the Product owner, Scrum ceremonies tracking
- Collaborate with Release Train Engineer
