• Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence

• Conduct requirements elicitation, author detailed product requirements and design definition and develop use case documentation

• Work with onsite stakeholders to liaison the requirements and share with the development team

• Define end-to-end business process flows

• Enable the team to develop/ enhance applications

• Good understanding of API collections

• Review and ensure robust test scenarios and cases

• Functional testing, integration testing and validation of business requirements and system functionality

• Ensure that all required metrics are collected in time and are of good quality

• Ensure clear understanding of the specifications by developers and testing teams and provide the support required for these teams to ensure timely delivery in good quality

• Work with stakeholders to define requirements, provide regular feedback on products and processes to stakeholders

• Assist stakeholders in articulating the product roadmap

• Prioritize the requirements for the development team

• Participate in the release planning and scoping processes that determine the product roadmap
