1. Driving agile change management, establishing Agile DevOps transformation Management Office 2. experience in Enterprise Agile tools (e.g. Rally, JIRA, KanBanFlow etc.) to manage agile project. Ability to drive sessions like PI and Iteration Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospection, Iteration Review, Agile Metrics Review with Biz and IT.
