5+ years total of experience in infrastructure/cybersecurity. If someone's been in helpdesk for 3 years, and they've had 2 years of experience as a system engineer, that would suffice if they've had "lead" skills/experience as a systems engineer.
Systems, firewall rules, windows and linux, building systems, security tool experience: deploying security tools and working with those tools to keep the tool lights on. They use most of the top enterprise solutions. Any security tools are welcome.
This is for the operations group. They can provide a lot of training.
