Salesforce Application Architect Certification

Ten-plus years of software development background with prior core Java experience

Seven-plus years’ experience in Salesforce development including custom objects, Apex, triggers, web services, Visualforce, REST APIs, SOAP web services, and migration tools

Four-plus years’ spent building custom UI solutions using Salesforce Lightning design system (SLDS), Salesforce Lightning UI, LWC, and web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, XML, jQuery, JavaScript)

Experience with Salesforce platform events, streaming API, and change data capture Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, Salesforce connectors, and middleware solutions such as Kafka and MuleSoft

What are the nice-to-have skills?

Background in Amazon Web Services (AWS) ecosystem (a plus) Experience working with/in financial services (a plus)

To ensure success in this role, you should be familiar with Salesforce event-driven messaging bus, development tools, Salesforce messaging bus, and APIs, and be sufficiently comfortable with hands-on development to dedicate 70%–80% of your time working closely with product owners, developers, cross-functional engineering, data engineering, and infrastructure teams.
