10+ years in BA/SA as per the requirement

Must have expertise on Health, Life insurance insurances and Claims.

Must have experience in any of the items listed: Requirement gathering, Business process modeling, analysis, re-engineering, business process consulting

Nice to have proven knowledge of business process redesign with evaluation of current state processes and designing future state processes

Must have knowledge of Value chain creation, KPI definition, KPI definition and matrix

Expertise in Business Process Flow Diagram preparation

Preparation of Test Scenarios (System or System Integration Testing
