Strong knowledge of Linux server systems and experience performing advanced systems administration tasks and functions.
• Broad range of enterprise experience with a variety of Infrastructure, cloud applications (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS)
• Experience with implementing business continuity and disaster recovery programs
• Excellent partnering and collaboration skills

• Networking: TCP/IP, VPN/IPSec, SSL/TLS and HTTP,
• Databases: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Amazon RDS, OracleDB (suggested).
• Scripting Languages and API: Bash, Python, Java, Ruby, REST API

Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and deploy effective IT tools to improve the efficiency of AMD DDC systems.
• Day-to-day tactical responsibilities may include automated patching, config & change management, compliance enforcement, tools Implementation and maintenance.
• Create a climate and culture of continuous improvement and elegant simple solutions.
• Establish a Triage model to address Production Issues with cross functional teams and implement with Intermediate Corrective Actions and Permanent Corrective Actions.
• Flexible travel, up to 30% possible.
