HR DataAnalysts must have:Oracle EBS experience to support migration to Oracle Fusion cloud.

Data analyst experience working withPayroll, Benefits, Absence, Core HR, and has worked in Oracle EBSexperience to support migration to Oracle Fusion cloud.

The individual should understand howthe data is used in EBS so they can support the translation to Oracle Cloud,and support the business in explaining the changes.

Looking for a true HR Analyst that understands hierarchies, datavalidation, and data mapping in a non-technical area.

Worked through previous data conversion activities in a corporateenvironment will be nice

Must be familiar with HR Data and how data is analyzed andallocated

Help support HR team with data validation
