These are Java Engineers that will be working on guidewire insurance platform. 

Required Experience: 

• Guidewire experience is a plus but can be trained on and needs to be willing to learn
• OOP exp is key
• 5-7+ years as senior developer
• Insurance exp, nice to have.

• 3 Must haves:

•  Team oriented environment/ability to collaborate with colleagues in the SDLC, Technical experience with Java or OOP, Leadership experience / opportunity to grow
• Team size 8-9, 3-4 pure consultants
• Prequalification: onsite (no flex there), New tech, learning guidewire
