Guidewire experience is a plus but can be trained on and needs to be willing to learn
OOP exp is key
5-7+ years as senior developer
Interview Process:
1st with Mike or hiring manager from other team, conversational/about 30 minute broad overview
2nd more about OOP, Java, .NET
3rd Interview with Mikes Manager (leadership skills etc)
Interview availability: as soon as Friday-Tuesday, exact time coordinated after we get over candidates
Insurance exp, nice to have.
3 Must haves : Team oriented environment/ability to collaborate with colleagues in the SDLC, Technical experience with Java or OOP, Leadership experience / opportunity to grow
Team size 8-9, 3-4 pure consultants
Prequalification: onsite (no flex there), New tech, learning guidewire
