JOB DETAIL

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment experience in the IT industry.
  • Use effective resourcing strategies such as job portals - (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster ), Job posting, Internet sourcing, employee referrals, cold calls, and direct mailing resume.
  • Must have worked on IT positions.
  • Must have experience for direct client requirements as opposed to channel placements.
  • Schedule Interviews, coordinate, manage paperwork and recruitment process.
  • Must be aware of the latest technologies and willing to learn. Key performers will be innovative, resourceful, and exhibit a good business sense.
  • Must be an excellent team player.
  • Worked on any ATS.
  • Experienced in volume/mass hiring and mid-level hiring. -Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels.
  • Working knowledge on cloud technologies would be an added advantage.

Skill Required

  • 5 years of IT recruitment experience is must.
  • Experience using social media, job boards for sourcing/recruiting, building relationships and help contribute to an overall recruitment strategy/brand.
  • Ability to proactively source candidates and build pipeline for existing and future requirements.
  • Proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • A good communicator who is able to build excellent relationships with candidates.
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and go getter attitude is must for this role.
