End-to-end recruitment experience in the IT industry.
Use effective resourcing strategies such as job portals - (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster ), Job posting, Internet sourcing, employee referrals, cold calls, and direct mailing resume.
Must have worked on IT positions.
Must have experience for direct client requirements as opposed to channel placements.
Schedule Interviews, coordinate, manage paperwork and recruitment process.
Must be aware of the latest technologies and willing to learn. Key performers will be innovative, resourceful, and exhibit a good business sense.
Must be an excellent team player.
Worked on any ATS.
Experienced in volume/mass hiring and mid-level hiring. -Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels.
Working knowledge on cloud technologies would be an added advantage.
Skill Required
5 years of IT recruitment experience is must.
Experience using social media, job boards for sourcing/recruiting, building relationships and help contribute to an overall recruitment strategy/brand.
Ability to proactively source candidates and build pipeline for existing and future requirements.
Proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
A good communicator who is able to build excellent relationships with candidates.
Self-motivated, goal oriented and go getter attitude is must for this role.
