Business Strategy Analyst

Reports directly to: Managing Director

Job Description: The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication. Should have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Perform business analysis and reporting for assigned projects.

Build positive and trustful working relationships with HODs.

Maintain clear and complete knowledge on business operations and procedures.

Work with management to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities.

Determine business roadmap and provide support in future business planning.

Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements.

Analyze business needs and develop strategies to meet these needs.

Develop action plans to overcome business challenges.

Recommend business improvements based on market and competitive trends.

Identify and develop new business opportunities for company growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should be an engineering graduate with a MBA
Advanced Microsoft office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
Strong managerial and leadership skills with result orientation.
Exceptional inter-personal skills

Friendly and professional demeanor
Strong ability to manage, interact, and deal with senior employees of the organization.
Ability to execute instruction of the Managing Director & deliver on results.
High degree of flexibility and ability for multi-tasking
